CID Services Housing Support

CID provides 1-on-1 service coordination, including needs assessment, identification of relevant community resources, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities and older adults looking for affordable and accessible housing in San Mateo County.

• Housing placement applications.
• 1:1 consultation on how income impacts housing options and other complex housing topics.
• Send out bi-weekly housing opportunity list to share with interested parties via email, highlighting housing lotteries, waitlists, and openings.
• Connect with local housing organizations HIP Housing and Project Sentinel and other San Mateo County Organizations.
