Emergency Starter Kit

CID has put together starter emergency kits that are free to residents of San Mateo County who are older adults and/or individuals with disabilities.

Please Note:

Quantities are limited and will be offered while supply lasts.
Emergency Kits and PPE will be available for individuals with disabilities, older adults, and their families who reside in San Mateo County.
To complete the application, individuals will need to fill out a formal CID Intake through DocuSign to obtain the Emergency Kits or PPE.
