CID is relaunching our weekly Peer Support Group offers a safe and relaxed place to find and provide support and meet others with disabilities who "get it"! The support group provides a sense of community and provides opportunities to meet like-minded people.
San Mateo County Aging & Disability Resource Connection's mission is to provide a coordinated and equitable information and referral system for older adults and individuals with disabilities to help navigate available long-term services and support systems to promote personal choices and self-determination.

CID has received funding to create a program, that will provide community education, resources, and individualized support related to COVID recovery (including Long COVID illness) for older adults and individuals with disabilities who reside in San Mateo County.
