CID is part or the Disability Disaster Access and Resources Program through its affiliation with the California Foundation of Independent Living Centers. As a Disability Disaster Access and Resources Program Center (DDARC), CID aims to assist individuals with disabilities and older adults in disaster readiness and recovery.
